(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

Great location and we found the house exceptionally clean and comfortable. Beautiful beds, linen, and everything you would need. The house was so well organised, things labelled which made everything easy. It was lovely to see a welcome gift and also beautiful bathroom/kitchen items - just a lovely touch.
