Large three bedroom home with enclosed yard which is perfect for the kids and pets, plenty of off street parking for a boat and the added bonus of a single lock up garage and single carport. The house features Wii, Xbox and air conditioning in the living / dining area, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee pod machine and dishwasher, American design laundry which is hidden behind sliding doors, the laundry has a washing machine, dryer, sink and direct access into the back yard.
Located in the back section of the house is the spacious private main bedroom which has a ceiling fan, TV, DVD, walk through robe and ensuite. There are two bedrooms in the front section of the house, both having ceiling fans and the main bathroom has no bath but there is a separate toilet.
There is only one step leading into the main bedroom which makes it perfect for the older or younger holiday maker. This house is located in a residential street of Corlette and is only a flat short stroll to the waters edge, this property certainly ticks all the boxes.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
