For years families have been holidaying at Harbourside and this particular apartment is a favourite for many families as it boasts 3 bedrooms with ceiling fans, ensuite and a huge wrap around balcony with BBQ to take in the spectacular views.

Positioned on the top left hand corner of the complex, Unit 13 has stunning views looking straight through the headlands and a fabulous wrap-around balcony to make the most of the winter sun and the summer breezes. Very relaxing sitting back watching the children play on the sand and in the water or observe the curious dolphins that cruise by close to the shore so you can get that perfect photo.

The apartment has been a favourite for many families over the years as it has three bedrooms, ensuite, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and parking for one car. WiFi and a new Smart TV has recently been added, guests can access Stan, Netflix, Prime Video and You Tube by logging into their own accounts.

You can cook up a meal on the balcony with the Weber BBQ provided while enjoying the beautiful views.

Soldiers Point offers a fantastic boat ramp, fishing and crab spots, Marina with superb restaurants, tennis courts straight across the road from the Harbourside complex, local store and cafes - the locals call Soldiers Point gods country !!

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

Soooo... Relaxing!

We have stayed at this unit a few times and every time we walk in we just drop everything and head to the balcony to take in the view! No matter what the weather is it just makes you feel so relaxed. It may not be the most modern unit but it is clean, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fairly well equipped. The last time we stayed we gave the owner feed back about the couches being uncomfortable and this year there was a new lounge suite. That’s a good owner who cares about their renters!

The professional team at O’Mearas made booking this accommodation so easy, it was a real pleasure to deal with them. The unit was really well set up and equipped. The view was unbelievable far better than pictures show. While there were a few cosmetic repairs needed these did not detract from holiday at all. Easy walking distance to The Point restaurant which was the best place to go out to for dinner. I would thoroughly recommend this unit for a quiet relaxing holiday. We’ll be back.

Great little unit with lock up garage and a car parking space, there are some steps to be considered. Absolutely fabulous location right on a quiet beach, we really enjoyed our stay and would go again...hopefully !


Beautiful Views


We had a wonderful Winter getaway at 13 Harbourside. The view is the best in all of Port Stephens and we believe that we have found out spot at Soldier's Point for all future stays. The apartment is spacious and fit our family of four comfortably. The downsides was that the couches in the living room are extremely uncomfortable to sit on to enjoy the beautiful views. They also look to be falling apart and would love to see them replaced. The master bedroom bed is quite hard and would benefit from a mattress topper. The queen in the second room is actually more comfortable. It is a wonderful spot and we can't wait to return.


Amazing view!!


We spent a week here. The views were amazing and the direct access to the beach was great. The apartment was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed. The only downfall was that the apartment could do with a thorough clean i.e. inside of kitchen cupboards, dust behind beds and under couches, etc.

Best location ever.


Can't beat the views from this unit. Just perfect. The unit is a good size with plenty of room, but could use a bit of TLC with paint. Also, the sofabeds in the lounge are not really comfortable for sitting on. Suggest replacing at least one of them. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.


Lovely location and view


We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The unit is spacious,the kitchen well equipped. The crockery needs an update as there are chips and cracks on mugs and bowls. Two things need fixing: in the main bedroom the knob for the fan falls off and makes it difficult to use; and the side lamp in the living room has broken struts on the shade. The cleaning was fairly good, but dust on the shutters and lamp bases. All in all, we were happy and would recommend it.


Best Value for money, Have no complaints


Fantastic view and very close to best boat ramp in Port Stephens. The Kitchen is well stocked with kitchen ware for home cooking (better than more expensive places we have stayed)The 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and laundry are all you need for a very comfortable home away from home. We don't want to go home so we booked for another longer stay before summer finishes. No need for air-con as a cool sea breeze comes straight through balcony doors (a north easterly wind that occurs regularly in summer with this location), plus all rooms have ceiling fans, the property is clean, practicable and well placed for a social and entertaining environment. bedrooms are at the rear of the unit away from noise, living areas at front taking in the fantastic view. Value for money you will not fault this place. I wish this was our investment property.
