Imagine holidaying on the waterfront with only a large grassy area between you and the water’s edge, that is what makes Harbourside a favourite for families.

Unit 4 is ideally located on the ground floor with direct access straight to the water, the unit has been recently renovated with a fully equipped new kitchen with complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, cooktop and microwave, the unit also provides a dishwasher and beautiful stone benchtops.

There is an open plan living area that leads straight out to the patio area so you can take in the spectacular views from the living area as well. There is a wall mounted TV and ceiling fans in the living area to make your stay a little bit more comfortable.

The main bedroom has a ceiling fan and access to the outside courtyard area, whilst the second bedroom has a wall mounted fan and access to the outside courtyard area. There is a bathroom with the convenience of having a bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet. The unit also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer and only six steps from the parking to the unit door. The unit also provides one single open car space.

We manage a number of units in Harbourside and offer a choice of ground or top floor positions. The complex is close to tennis courts, shops, boat ramp and restaurants.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Beautiful waterfront

This property is an excellent choice for the cooler weather. Step out the door to the waterfront. The wifi is great and the ceiling fans create a pleasant breeze. Kitchen is well equiped and the beds are comfortable. The lack of airconditioning would be a problem in the warmer weather but everything else was excellent.

Yet again a lovely place to stay, with sea views. Just to comment. As an older couple we would have appreciated a rail in the shower and also in the toilet, we feel that other people will benefit from this too. Derek and Allison.

As mentioned a simple bar of soap or liquid soap provided so we can shower proper on night one. I do understand it’s a self contained property and I’ve stayed in many, with a small bar of soap provided for night one. Allergies etc are just an excuse as was said to me, if people have allergies then they would not use it. Second complaint was no internet, yes the property does not have internet but go and stay there a few nights, mobile service from that apartment is woeful.

This is a lovely beachfront apartment. Very clean and has everything you could want. The only problem is there is no lighting in the car park and the garage is unusable as it has things in it plus it is too small. You may get your car in it if it was empty but good luck at getting out of your car. I had to park under the trees and came out one morning to find a large stick had fallen from the tree onto the bonnet of my car.

Nice little holiday unit. Seemed to be a very new kitchen and new utensils. Clean. Could not open the bathroom or kitchen windows so some maintenance needed there. Well equipped for a holiday. Great views. I would return for sure.

Location is amazing, but sadly tainted by the accommodation Very disappointed!....compared to the other properties we have stayed in.....one word is a theme....grubby. Grubby bedding, grubby shower, grubby kitchen utensils,plates and glasses,grubby windows and screens....just grubby!....this property needs this feedback.
