Unit 5 Harbourside is ready for you to put your feet up and take in the stunning views of the blue water wonderland of Port Stephens, for years holiday makers have been heading to 'Harbourside', positioned directly onto Soldiers Point Beach and with uninterrupted views straight through the headlands are the main reason.

Unit 5 is ideally positioned on the ground floor with only six steps from the parking area to the unit door. The unit has been renovated with a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, cooktop, convection oven and dishwasher.

There is an open plan living area that leads straight out to the patio area so you can take in the spectacular views from the living area, the living area has comfortable, stylish furnishings and a ceiling fan to make your stay a little bit more comfortable.

Both bedrooms have stunning views and sliding doors to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through and the comforts of ceiling fans. The renovated bathroom has a shower, vanity, and separate toilet.

The unit also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer and one single open car space.
We manage a number of units in Harbourside and offer a choice of ground or top floor positions. The complex is close to tennis courts, shops, boat ramp and restaurants.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Perfect location/Stunning views

Beautiful unit in fantastic location. Views from all rooms spectacular. Compact and tidy unit although mats and carpets showing some signs of aging and could benefit from deep clean. Plenty of utensils and crockery but not a lot of cupboard space for storage of food and clothing however this was not a huge issue for us. Having to move outdoor furniture in and out constantly could be an issue for elderly holiday makers or those unable to lift. All in all we had a lovely time.

Broken microwave and oven

Great neat, clean and tidy unit on the waterfront. Very inconveniently neither the microwave or oven worked for christmas cooking. Emergency 24 hour helpline didnt respond - proof of call has been provided. Service call day4 we were not advised... Additionally owner advised we needed to know the SWEET SPOT to make it work, so the oven was unable to be used for a week. Mcgrath quick to shift blame. they could do a lot better by improving communication to resolve issues

Harbourside is an ideas location to rest while you gaze out on the water and watch the dolphins swim past. The apartment has been newly renovated and supplied with all you need. It's ideal for two, comfortable for three, a bit tight for four. The area has the sandy beach in front and nice level walking areas behind. Lovely!

Lovely & peaceful week until noisy neighbours above moved in for weekend!! great location & a well equipped unit plus a lovely welcome bag from realestate !! It was ground floor but a few steps from the car park which probably should be in initial write up .. on the whole I really enjoyed & I will definitely be back!!

Fantastic location. Cute, small apartment with abundance of cutlery & crockery if you have visitors to entertain. Dinted walls, paint peeling from ceiling and walls had a very old, uncared for appearance. Overcrowded bedrooms with bulky, old furniture. Only a hand-held (not functioning) vacuum was irritating as mmethod of cleaning and agent didn't care to assist to rectify or replace. Layers of mould on frying pan & saucepans upon arrival made us think it is overpriced and uncared for property.
