Iluka is a magnificent four-bedroom home, featuring quality finishes throughout and stunning water views from the large outdoor entertaining area, spacious living areas and main bedrooms. It is located on a private section road, high above the main road.

The kitchen has a high, vaulted ceiling, allowing plentiful natural light, and louvre windows allowing the breeze to flow in during summer. Guests will enjoy cooking in the modern, well-equipped kitchen, complete with Caesar stone bench tops, double ovens, dishwasher, family size fridge, and a Sunbeam Mini Barista coffee machine. There is also a family-sized modern gas BBQ on the rear deck. Choose to enjoy your meal in the comfortable dining room or outside on the deck.

The property has ducted air conditioning throughout, with a separate split system upstairs in the parents’ retreat. The separate lounge room has an electric fireplace for those cosy winter nights, SMART TV, free unlimited WIFI and comfortable, stylish furnishings. An outdoor lounge is provided on the covered front deck allowing you to relax and take in the peace and tranquility of the surroundings.

On the main living area level there are three bedrooms all with cypress timber floorboards, ceiling fans and ducted air conditioning. The main bathroom is tastefully appointed with a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, toilet and vanity, and boasts luxurious underfloor heating for those cooler nights. There is also a large laundry with a front-loading washing machine and dryer, and a separate powder room on this level.

Upstairs is the parents’ retreat: a large bedroom with luxurious wool carpets, walk-in-robe, split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with stunning water views to the east. Imagine waking up each morning to a view of the beautiful sunrise.

Iluka is perfect for your next family holiday. Onsite parking is available for 4 cars. Linen is not provided at the property, so you have the option of either hiring linen, or bringing it with you.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Iluka is a new house with all the modern comforts. We were there to play golf, but I wish we could have spent more time enjoying the features of the house. Rarely do I stay in a house that is better appointed than my own.

We are returning customers. Iluka is the perfect holiday home for the whole extended family. Modern, spacious, well equipped, 2 minutes walk to the beach, 6 minutes walk to restaurants, and a very short drive to Nelson bay. Planning to come again next year!

Iluka is a lovely house. The glass windows near the kitchen make the most of the view of the water and let so much light into the area. The deck is great. We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the breeze and the view. We had one very hot day during our stay but we were able to make use of the back deck during this time. The house is so well set up.The kitchen is a dream to cook in with plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. We loved the television with guest access to Netflix etc A great stay!

Very clean, great location, view of water is slightly obscured by trees however this provides privacy so was perfect for us. The house is fairly large and lots of space to relax inside on those rainy days. The property is family friendly only down fall was the stairs for us which are fairly steep so if you have a toddler like we did just need to be aware of this. A gate to the stairs would def make it more family friendly and a high chair for which we brought our own.

The premises was extremely clean on arrival. No dramas with checking in & access. Instructions were clear & accurate. Owners manual was a great addition. Property well presented & seems quite new with plenty of kitchenware. Communication & reminders from managing agent regarding check-in, garbage collection & chech-out. Our only and a minor recommendation, with a number of adults staying is a second fridge&freezer maybe in the garage. See you next year.

We live in the area and needed extra accommodation at Christmas for our expanding family. We were absolutely thrilled to find Iluka. There wasnt a thing i could fault about this beautiful property. Its immaculately clean, really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and really feels like a home away from home. The layout is very clever and there are lovely tree filtered bay views from most rooms. This is an exceptional holiday home that we cant wait to book again. Debbie
