The unit is spacious and comfortable with ocean breezes which cool this 2nd floor unit, sit back on the balcony and be mesmerized at the stunning views of shoal bay beach, hear the waves crashing as they roll in against the sand or watch the ever changing coastal scenery of dolphins and marine life right at your fingertips.

The unit features two bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, fully equipped kitchen, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, single garage and single car space.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Pets are not welcome at this property.

This property does not have Wi-fi.


By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

I would highly recommend this unit. It’s in a perfect location. Handy to everything & in a nice quiet area. The unit is tidy & ideal for 2 people or a family of 4.

A great place, good value, and amazing views. We loved it. It was modern and renovated, so very comfortable. Just the furniture was a little tired and could have been a little cleaner. O'Meara was managing and the process was straight forward and seamless. Only problem was that their were a few broken items (screen door loose on the balcony, and main bedroom door unable to open to the balcony, and towel rail in pieces). But O'Meara jumped on to everything really quickly and did their best to address, although wasn't possible to fix the door. Overall, we loved our stay. It was awesome.
