Water views of the Headlands with just a 40 metre stroll down the sandy track to the crystal blue waters of Shoal Bay Beach and a few minutes walk to Little Beach and the boat ramp. The Intrepid units offer so many conveniences including playgrounds, parks and picnic areas all near by. Imagine sitting back and listening to the magical sound of the waves crashing the shoreline !!
This particular unit is positioned on the top floor and has unbelievable views therefore making it a favourite for the returning regulars. Fully equipped kitchen with a Breville Nespresso coffee machine , open plan living/ dining area with Bluetooth Sound Bar, great size bedrooms with a fantastic bathroom with laundry and seperate toilet. There is also a single garage and car space and only a short five minute drive to Nelson Bay Shops, Shoal Bay Shops & West Diggers Club.
We manage other units in this block so if you have a gathering for a number of families or friends this will more than likely suit your needs perfectly.
Sheets and towels are not provided at the unit, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.

Beautiful view, the lounge was uncomfortable in the loungeroom, the balcony fly screen constantly was coming off the track and the hand basin in the bathroom was not draining properly. Otherwise was good.
Everything you need in the apartment with a great view.
Very nice unit in a great location! Amazing ocean breeze within the unit. We did however experience a few negatives- pictures of the unit showed a square dining table with 4 chairs on the balcony (strong point for us as we wanted to have our meals on the balcony and not inside where there is potential for young kids to accidentally dirty the carpet). Upon arrival the dining table wasnt there and instead a smaller/lower round table more so designed for drinks- not a family of 4 to set up for meals. We advised O'Meara of this and were given an apology and said the owners advised the other table broke so it was replaced "like for like". Simply not the case. I found it insulting that the property manager downplayed my concerns in this matter in an attempt to brush them off as nothing. The outdoor table was a requirement for my family and therefore a major inconvenience for us. Another issue we had was the family staying one balcony across from us were constantly smoking even though the building and surrounds are deemed a smoke free zone. We called O'Meara to advise them of this issue after politely asking them twice to stop and all we got told is they can't ring them without knowing the unit number for certain.. they wanted us to go door knocking and find them ourselves. I advised it's one balcony over and cant they check a building map but was told no. Our unit reeked of cigarettes cos of them. So all in all, place itself is nice as is the location but the O'Meara team and smokers next door let it down.
