(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Wonderful place to stay! The accommodation was clean, spacious, thoughtful and homely. It catered to all our needs. Beautiful views, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, nice pool, spacious outdoor patio, BBQ facilities, quiet street and private parking. Just a short drive to local shops and the main hub of Nelson Bay. I highly recommend and will definitely return! Thank you

spacious holiday home

A very spacious house with a nice large kitchen and several dining areas for our big group. Pool and outdoor area very nice as well as garage and table tennis area. The downstairs rumpus and bathroom was musty and not very clean on arrival. The bedroom light in one of the queen bedrooms was not working. However, all in all it was a great spot to holiday, relax and had nice views. The property agents were great to deal with-especially Holly Mason.

The house was great for a large family. It was clean and had the amenities for a good holiday. The pool water was clean but the surrounds were very untidy and dirty and we were also unable to use the waterfall and spa in the pool. If you had a toddler you would need to bring a stair barrier for the top of the stairs. When we arrived all the rubbish and recycling bins were full and stayed full and were only emptied after 4 days even though a request was made to have them emptied on our arrival.

This house is very suitable for a group of people and quite spacious overall. Having three bathrooms was certainly a bonus. It's a little bit far from the main hub of Nelson Bay, but certainly easy to drive to. Being up high gave you a lovely view of the water and the sunsets were gorgeous, but the steep climb back up the hill had some of us panting for breath. The Thai restaurant is in walking distance and the food was awesome. There were a few things missing from the kitchen that we could have done with, for example a large saucepan or fry pan would have been handy when cooking eggs for 10 people. The reverse cycle air conditioning was great and the lounge in the main living room was quite comfortable.
