Unit 10 Kiah is a beautifully appointed, front facing unit with spectacular views of the harbour and located on the second floor.

A private set of stairs leads you straight from the complex across to the beach and only 500 metres flat walk to D'albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD where you have fantastic boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. 

The unit has a modern, air conditioned, open plan living/ dining area that flows out onto the undercover balcony with alfresco dining, gas BBQ and breathtaking views.  The living area is stylishly furnished with comfortable modern furniture, SMART TV,  DVD Player and ceiling fan, whilst the contemporary fully equipped kitchen boasts ceassa stone benchtops, family size fridge/freezer, complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and the bonus of water views from the kitchen window. The owners have provided a high chair, cot and change mat for guest convenience.

There are two bedrooms with ceiling fans and a renovated bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles, adult size bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The unit provides an internal laundry with a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities and a secure single lock up garage available, suitable for small cars. This holiday will be as easy as just park the car and walk to all attractions, restaurants, beach, clubs and cafes as they are all at your fingertips.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Perfect unit and holiday destination

Unit 10 is modern and well set out with high quality furniture that is comfortable and serviceable. The kitchen has everything you require and more. I was fortunate to enjoy the new washing machine/heat pump stack. Ample linen is provided. Both bedrooms are fitted with built-ins and carpeted. It has a view across the bay - even when the weather isn't favourable the view is fabulous. The balcony is large and comfortable. Close to the CBD, marina and beach.

We loved the view and the space was clean and tidy. We did find that the garage was too small for our car and that using one of the trundle beds made the second bedroom extremely crowded
