Unit 1 Kiah is located on the first floor and has FREE WIFI, a Smart Tv & an air-conditioned living area and uninterrupted panoramic water views of Nelson Bay Beach, DAlbora Marina and the stunning waterways.

A private set of stairs leads you straight from the complex across to the beach and only 500 metres flat walk to D'Albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD where you have fantastic boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. So easy, just park the car and walk to everything.

The unit has an open plan living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. leads directly onto the balcony, boasting a gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and views of some of the most amazing sunsets.
There are two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms give you fantastic water views - what a great way to start the day!!

The fresh crisp bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also an external laundry providing a washing machine and a single lock up garage, suitable for small cars.

As the Kiah complex is elevated and Unit 1 is on the first floor, you get the bonus of having stunning views without the hassle of having to walk up multiple flights of stairs. Once you've been to Unit 1 Kiah, you'll definitely want to come back.

Access to complex is via Nash Lane, Nelson Bay.

We always enjoy staying at Kiah. The location is great, it is very comfortable and within easy walking distance to many things. We enjoy the challenge of the stairs going down to the Esplanade and always test ourselves on them during each visit (we are both in our 80s!)

We had a beautiful time. The apartment was perfect with only a few minor things. There were no tongs in the kitchen or a vegetable peeler. I purchased a vegetable peeler but not tongs.

Views are amazing, location is perfect. Only bad thing I have to say is the bed was to firm for me but that's it, it's an amazing place with an amazing and easy enjoying time spent at the beautiful Nelson bay, will be back.

We love staying at this unit with a view to die for! Just a couple of things - one of the taps on the vanity in the bathroom was dripping so a new washer is probably needed. The lounge in the unit is looking dated and not overly comfortable. Otherwise we love the place! Thanks! Oh I just remembered that the entry door could do with a hook to hold it open when carrying gear into and out of the unit. Thanks again! Regards Peter.

Great view. A lovely apartment in the winter because of the sunshine. Good heating when required. Some small problems which did not detract from our lovely stay. Very stained plug hole in the vanity basin. Very easy to remove and replace. No egg cups and no tongs in the kitchen. No ABC iview .

This Unit represents the best value for money for 2BRs with water view in Nelson Bay. It was clean, well appointed, elevated above the road traffic noise, ample breeze throughout. It would benefit from the installation of a small dishwasher. Car storage is very tight for wider than usual vehicle.

We absolutely loved our stay. An irreplaceable view of the harbour in an excellent location, easy stroll to the shops and marina. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable . A few things could have been improved, the DVD player wasn't working, the kitchen tap was very loose, the garage door was difficult to use, the shower head was loose and the iron was old with missing buttons. None of these things would stop us from coming back but it does seem that the unit needs some TLC.

Awesome location with uninterrupted views over the bay. Convenient location in walking distance to all shops, marina and facilities in Nelson Bay. Lovely bright well-appointed, very comfortable unit. Will definitely stay again when next in Nelson Bay - we've found our new favourite accomodation in Nelson Bay

The unit was in a great position. Not too close to the shops, but still a just a short walk. The view was beautiful, and the weather, sooo good. Plenty to see and do at Nelson Bay. Would love to go visit again.
