A private set of stairs leads you straight from the complex across to the beach and only 500 metres flat walk to D'Albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD where you have fantastic boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. So easy, just park the car and walk to everything.
The unit has an open plan living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. leads directly onto the balcony, boasting a gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and views of some of the most amazing sunsets.
There are two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms give you fantastic water views - what a great way to start the day!!
The fresh crisp bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also an external laundry providing a washing machine and a single lock up garage, suitable for small cars.
As the Kiah complex is elevated and Unit 1 is on the first floor, you get the bonus of having stunning views without the hassle of having to walk up multiple flights of stairs. Once you've been to Unit 1 Kiah, you'll definitely want to come back.
Access to complex is via Nash Lane, Nelson Bay.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
