Unit 1 Kiah is located on the first floor and has FREE WIFI, an air-conditioned living area and uninterrupted panoramic water views of Nelson Bay Beach, DAlbora Marina and the stunning waterways.

A private set of stairs leads you straight from the complex across to the beach and only 500 metres flat walk to D'Albora Marina and Nelson Bay CBD where you have fantastic boutique shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. So easy, just park the car and walk to everything.

The unit has an open plan living area with reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans. The living area leads directly onto the balcony, boasting a gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and views of some of the most amazing sunsets.
There are two bedrooms with the main having a ceiling fan. Both bedrooms give you fantastic water views - what a great way to start the day!!

The fresh crisp bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity. There is also an external laundry providing a washing machine and a single lock up garage, suitable for small cars.

As the Kiah complex is elevated and Unit 1 is on the first floor, you get the bonus of having stunning views without the hassle of having to walk up multiple flights of stairs. Once you've been to Unit 1 Kiah, you'll definitely want to come back.

Access to complex is via Nash Lane, Nelson Bay.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Nearly perfect!!!

We absolutely loved our stay. An irreplaceable view of the harbour in an excellent location, easy stroll to the shops and marina. The unit itself was spacious and comfortable . A few things could have been improved, the DVD player wasn't working, the kitchen tap was very loose, the garage door was difficult to use, the shower head was loose and the iron was old with missing buttons. None of these things would stop us from coming back but it does seem that the unit needs some TLC.

Awesome location with uninterrupted views over the bay. Convenient location in walking distance to all shops, marina and facilities in Nelson Bay. Lovely bright well-appointed, very comfortable unit. Will definitely stay again when next in Nelson Bay - we've found our new favourite accomodation in Nelson Bay


Excellent location


Excellent location with a beautiful view. Good amenities, modern kitchen and great to have a BBQ. We had a wonderful time! We would definitely stay here again when we are up this way in future.

This 2 bedroom unit is one of the best to spent your holiday in if you going to Nelson Bay. walk to every thing, beautiful water front view, with all the comfort you would like to have.


Beautiful views


The unit was in a great position. Not too close to the shops, but still a just a short walk. The view was beautiful, and the weather, sooo good. Plenty to see and do at Nelson Bay. Would love to go visit again.


Perfect location


Loved staying at this property and would definitely stay again, it was spacious, clean, light and bright and had a big balcony overlooking the beach. The location was perfect and value for money!
