The main bedroom is also on this level, this room has a king size bed and views over the communal courtyard and landscaped grounds, there is also a stunning bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles on this level with a shower, vanity and toilet.
An internal staircase takes you down to the tiled, air-conditioned family room which has a flat screen TV and lounge. Sliding doors open out onto the covered patio with sun lounges and an outdoor lounge area to laze back and enjoy the peaceful and breathtaking water views, the only thing between you and the waters edge is the grassed reserve. Two more bedrooms are located downstairs and the bathroom which provides a shower over the bath, vanity and separate toilet.
