Entry to the property is from the road and garage level, only one step and you are in the spacious open plan living area with ceiling fans, vibrant cane lounge suite, large flat screen TV, DVD, dining setting and spectacular water views.
Sliding glass doors take you out onto the covered balcony with a stunning outdoor setting, gas BBQ and the relaxing sounds of the ocean. Very well-equipped stylish kitchen with granite bench-tops, under-bench oven, stove-top, microwave, dishwasher and a family full size fridge and freezer. The main bedroom is also on this level, this room has a king size bed and views over the communal courtyard and landscaped grounds, there is also a stunning bathroom with floor to ceiling tiles on this level with a shower, vanity and toilet.
An internal staircase takes you down to the tiled, air-conditioned family room which has a flat screen TV and lounge.
