Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor and has a large open plan, tiled living and dining area with a ceiling fan, wall mounted TV, DVD player,USB & HDMI remote sockets, variety of DVD’s, books and games. This area opens out onto the sunny balcony with outdoor dining facilities and electric BBQ. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer and microwave, the laundry runs off the kitchen area, the laundry has a top loader washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
Two bedrooms with carpet flooring, the main bedroom has a Queen Bed, ceiling fan and free-standing wardrobe, the second bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, Double Bed and Tri Bunk. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity, and the bonus of having a bath which is perfect for children for when you come back from the beach.
The unit also provides a single lock up garage and is only a 650 metre walk to Wests Diggers Club where you can find a great meal for the family , if you’re looking for a nice, relaxing afternoon cocktail with gorgeous sunsets or a fresh Australian cuisine with local produce then Little Beach Boathouse is only 750 metres. Little Beach is perfect for young children as it has a playground and calm swimming waters, it is also fantastic for adults as there are free BBQ facilities, picnic tables and beautiful sunset, all this just a quick 450 metre stroll away.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
