3 Kristie Court is a very comfortable spacious townhouse which is ideally suited for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and have the perfect family getaway, this is a strict SMOKE FREE property.

Three levels all filled with quality furnishings, the spacious open plan living/ dining area is located on the ground level, there is a split system air conditioner, ceiling fans, large wall mounted SMART TV, variety of DVD’s and games to keep everyone entertained. A fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, complete cooking facilities, family size fridge/ freezer and stone top benches, the owner also provides a booster dining seat for toddlers.

Upstairs on the middle level are two bedrooms and the main bathroom, the bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. The main master retreat is located on the third level, this is a great parent retreat with a split system air conditioner, lounge area and ensuite with corner spa bath/ shower overhead, toilet and vanity. The owners also store the port-a-cot in the walk-in wardrobe in this room.

There is a fantastic entertaining courtyard with gas BBQ facilities and alfresco dining for eight people. Internal laundry with front loader washing machine and the bonus of having a third toilet. Park the car in the double garage and walk to all attractions, the garage also houses a bar fridge for drinks and the dryer, all this makes 3 Kristie Court a very easy holiday.

Situated between Little Beach which is perfect for the calm waters and Shoal Bay Beach where you can enjoy the surf makes the location of Kristie Court great. Enjoy a bit of fishing from the jetty or beach at Shoal Bay, snorkelling in the Marine Sanctuary or take a short 15-minute stroll into the popular D'Albora Marina where you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars. Little Beach Boat House Restaurant Cafe, Inner Light Tea Rooms Restaurant Cafe at the Light house lookout and West Diggers RSL are all within a 10-minute walk.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Great Shoal Bay Minibreak

We loved our stay at 3/7 Weatherley Close. The townhouse is very nicely presented, clean and well equipped kitchen for a comfortable beach holiday. Its great to be able to walk out the back gate to the beach and we went swimming in the sea every day. Very relaxing minibreak. I’m sure we will be back! Thank you Elspeth
