Located high on the hill above Nelson Bay, La Cima is only a three-minute drive to the town centre and a five-minute walk to the crystal white sands of Corlette and Dutchies - perfect swimming conditions for the entire family.
There are two north-facing balconies where you can relax on the sun lounges and take in the breathtaking views beyond, sit back for breakfast watching the passing boats and yachts, or enjoy an alfresco dining feast on the Weber gas barbecue as the sun sets.
The living area opens onto the main balcony, allowing the sea breeze to flow through. The living area has split system air conditioning, SMART TV, DVD player, free unlimited Wi-Fi, games, books, and very comfortable furnishings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an array of top-quality appliances, including an electric cooktop and oven, dishwasher, microwave and Breville Nespresso coffee machine.
La Cima has three bedrooms, all located upstairs. The bedrooms have linen, bed making, bath towels and the luxury of ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a private balcony with ocean views, a walk-in robe, and a two-way ensuite with a huge corner spa bath, vanity, and separate shower.
Downstairs is a second bathroom and a shower. There is also an internal laundry with a Mielie front loader washing machine and dryer, plus a double car garage with internal access.
