Perfectly positioned and only 300 metres to Nelson Bay CBD, d'Albora Marina, bars, restaurants, shops and cafes or 800 metres on the bridal pathway to the child friendly swimming area of Dutchies Beach which is perfect for children to swim as the waters are calm.  

There are also free BBQ facilities, picnic tables for the family gathering and stand up paddle board hire to add a little fun to the day.  The bridal pathway is very popular for walking, jogging and pushbikes, so bring the bikes, the kids will have a ball riding along the path.  

This delightful unit features free unlimited WIFI with a Smart Tv & Chromecast, a modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, large bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity, and  balcony with a Weber gas BBQ so that you can sit back, relax, cook up a feast and admire the perfect views all the way to Broughton Island.  

There is a separate laundry with personal washing machine and dryer, and a private double lock up automatic garage for two cars.

This is a very comfortable unit with a great view over the Marina towards the heads. The unit is very clean and has a lot of extras. McGrath are very good to book through, and we keep returning.

Great spot if you like being central to shops, Marina & restaurants. Unit very well appointed, comfortable & fantastic view. Feels very spacious & light. Lovely walking path just across street. Steps up not suitable for unsteady older people.

My stay at Laman Lodge was perfect. Lovely unit with everything I needed for my 5 day stay. Spacious, close to all cafes and the waterfront. Loved my stay. I will definitely stay here again if in Nelson bay. 🙂

The place was clean and spacious. The position and view over Nelsons Bay is outstanding. We loved the easy of exploring the foreshore, fresh seafood fisheries and nelsons bay restaurants including shopping. All this within a very short walk. 10min stroll to Woolworth main street. Premises came with a double automatic double garage. This was a highlight as the car was not exposed to the blistering sun. Airconditioning was adequate. Bedrooms fitted overhead fans only. Highly recommended

A spacious, comfortable apartment overlooking the Marina. We loved how the beautiful vista was captured by the double sliding doors so seen from all living areas. The location was perfect - easy walk to shops, marina and Dutchies Beach. The unit was very clean with a full kitchen and utensils etc. The garage provided was also a big bonus. It was good to have air-con in living room as weather was warm. Bedrooms had ceiling fans.

We loved our stay at Laman Lodge! The views across the marina to Nelson Bay Beach and beyond to Broughton Island are spectacular. Unit 1 is nicely furnished throughout and has a very large lounge which is ideal for relaxing, reading a book and watching the activity in the harbour. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. There is a private, double garage in which we were able to keep our golf clubs.

We had a pleasant stay at Laman Lodge, Unit 1. The unit is cleaned and well-equipped with kitchen utensils with nice view. The location is excellent. It is very closed to shops and restaurant. The only set-backs were the dishwasher and clothe dryer not working.
