Unit 6, Laman Lodge is a spacious, air-conditioned apartment on the third floor with spectacular views over the bay and marina.

Perfectly positioned and only 300 metres to Nelson Bay CBD, D'Albora Marina, bars, restaurants, shops and cafes or 800 metres on the bridal pathway to the child friendly swimming area of Dutchies Beach, perfect swimming for children as the waters are calm and perfect for the family gathering as there are great free BBQ facilities, picnic tables and stand up paddle board hire.

The open plan, air conditioned stylish living area has a TV, DVD player. This area flows out onto the balcony where you have magnificent views with very comfortable alfresco dining and lounge and the bonus of your own electric BBQ. ย 

This unit offers a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge and full cooking facilities. Both bedrooms are a generous size with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and TV for DVD use only and for your convenience the owners supply a porta cot which is found in bedroom two. ย 

The bathroom is huge and has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit provides an external laundry with a washing machine and dryer.ย  Park the car in the secure parking (height 1.78m) and walk to all the attractions. ย

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

We booked Laman Lodge accom (4 adults) for the view and balcony and it did not disappoint. The apartment was generous in size, great kitchen with a few extra condiments in the pantry. It was quiet, we had a great 7 nights and when next visiting Nelson Bay we would not hesitate to book here again.

great balcony, open spaces, well fitted kitchen. bathroom is dated, and the 45 steps to get to the front door may be a challenge for some elderly folk.

Highly recommend this apartment, very clean and updated with an unreal balcony and sitting area with beautiful views of the marina. The little touches through out like porta cot and high chair where excellent, especially considering we forgot our high chair. The owners have really thought about things and accomadate well for a family. The only thing is maybe an update of the mattress in the main, maybe I'm just spoilt with ours, but was just a little hard. Will be back for sure
