Perfectly positioned and only 300 metres to Nelson Bay CBD, dAlbora Marina, bars, restaurants, shops and cafes or 800 metres on the bridal pathway to the child friendly swimming area of Dutchies Beach, perfect swimming for children as the waters are calm and perfect for the family gathering as there are great free BBQ facilities, picnic tables and stand up paddle board hire.
The open plan, air conditioned stylish living area has a TV, DVD player and CD player, this area flows out onto the balcony where you have magnificent views with very comfortable alfresco dining and lounge and the bonus of your own electric BBQ.
This unit offers a large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge and full cooking facilities. Both bedrooms are a generous size with the main bedroom having a ceiling fan and TV for DVD use only and for your convenience the owners supply a porta cot which is found in bedroom two.
The bathroom is huge and has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit provides an external laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Park the car in the secure parking (height 1.78m) and walk to all the attractions.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
