There are two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity and an external laundry with a shared washing machine and dryer. The unit provides undercover parking that will fit two cars length ways, there are beach chairs and an umbrella at the unit for your convenience as well.
Sit back on the sunny balcony, relax and take in the tranquil environment or run across the road for a swim at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board. Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and a boat ramp – making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.

Awesome holiday unit, right opposite Little Beach. Walking distance to both Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. The balcony is fantastic for watching the water, the people going by and the amazing sunsets.
