Conveniently located within only a few minutes’ drive to Shoal Bay beach in one direction and Fingal Bay beach in the other direction.

Even your pet can go on holidays with you to this casual holiday property it set out to sleep 6 people. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, the comfort of a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans in the lounge room/ dining room area.

There is a great undercover outdoor area with a gas BBQ, so you can cook up a feast while watching the kids and the fur baby playing in the enclosed back yard. This is a very relaxed, private area where you can sit back, relax and listen to the local bird life singing or sit down to watch a movie on the Smart Tv and enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi!

A fully equipped kitchen comes complete with full cooking facilities and a family size fridge/ freezer, the internal laundry has a front loader washing machine, toilet and shower and the property a clothesline in the backyard.

There is a single garage and driveway parking for 1 vehicle. If you are good at reversing a boat, you can even fit a small tinnie up to 14 foot in length.

Refundable Security Deposit of $200 is required for booking.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct

(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We would highly recommend Lorikeet Retreat. It's a great location - only short distances from Shoal, Fingal and Box beaches. The property is very well presented - clean and neat. We appreciate the use of the garage to safely secure our bikes and boards. A good yard with ample shelter for our dog. We have now stayed 3 times and have been very happy. Staff at McGrath are also very good to deal with. We will definitely be back!

The property was clean and the beds and lounges very comfortable. Great yard for dogs or kids. The kitchen has everything you need. Unfortunately, the closes beaches do not allow dogs but it is only just over 1km to Shoal Bay where there is an 'on leash' dog area. You need to go back to Nelsons Bay for a dog off leash beach. Unfortunately what lets this property down is the blunt and unfriendly communications with the Real Estate who manage the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Lorikeet Retreat. The accommodation was suitable to our needs. We took our dog with us and it was nice and secure for him. Quiet location and close to everything we needed. Older style but still comfortable

The kitchen is not very well equipped. It would be good to have a new, full set of cutlery (that matches) and crockery. There is a microwave but no microwave containers - I had to buy my own from Woolworths. It would also be good to have a few plastic chopping boards and the plug didn't seal the sink properly so washing up was difficult and water was wasted having to refill the sink numerous times. The oven did not work properly. Everything took at least 3 times as long to cook.

Very quiet. Comfortable. Clean. easy walk to Shoal Bay or Finagal Beach. Kitchen good and plenty of hot water for 4 adults. Good BBQ and large undercover area (unit 2).
