Nelson Bay

This beautifully decorated unit is fully self contained and has air conditioning, located just across the road from the walkway that leads you straight to Nelson Bay boardwalk.

This delightful two bedroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, spacious open plan living with air conditioning and dining area with ceiling fan, internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer and a lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy the salty seabreeze, filtered water views and overlook the beautiful gardens that give the complex its name. The main bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robes and the second bedroom has a single bunk with pedestal fan. There are two seperate carspaces that are located under the complex in a secure carpark.

Just across the road you will find a walkway that leads you straight to Nelson Bay, where you can enjoy sunsets over the water, a leisurely walk along the beach, relaxing swim, boutique shopping and plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Great Apartment

We had a great stay at 10/7 Magnus St. The apartment was close to the Marina and Bay, and within walking distance to amazing restaurants and environments. We are greeted each morning by beautiful birds who were friendly and approachable. The apartment was a great size for our family of 4, it was very comfortable and relaxing. Great Value for the area. Will stay again

The unit was in walking distance to beach and shops. There was plenty of room and the bed was comfy. Wifi would be a great as an extra.

Great little place. Lots of room for the 2 of us. Comfortable bed. Comfortable lounge seating. No wifi but that was ok, we had our own and were able to connect to our Netflix account on the TV. Balcony is small but would have liked a small table out there. And really missed a BBQ. The flat was clean and well appointed and within walking distance to town and a short stroll through the park to the beach. Would definitely book again!


Spacious comfortable apartment


Very pleasant stay. Plenty of space and storage, nice quality bedding and furniture, good shower, all utensils, crockery etc, excellent flow through ventilation, quite clean generally and no noise from adjacent apartments. Secure parking a plus as was the pleasant outlook from the balcony and the friendly lorikeets. Close enough to the centre of town and easy access to the waterfront and marina, easy key pick up and return. Quite reasonable price for our 4 night stay.

Great location, easy walk down to Nelson Bay shops, Marina, beach, and outdoor gym. Park across the road is great for children.


Fantastic unit


This is a great unit! Spacious, bright and very clean, its location was perfect. Easy walk down to the bay, restaurants and shops so there was no need for the car once we got there. Everything we needed was there for us which made our break so relaxing. We will definitely be coming back here.


Cozy and convenient.


Very convenient, albeit not as clean as expected. Floors needed mopping, carpet needed washing, oven and microwave seems to have been forgotten. Otherwise, a nice little place with great location.

Fantastic Unit!


Myself and three friends stayed here for the weekend. Absolutely loved it! Great modern unit in a fantastic location. Only minutes walk to the beach, marina or into town. Fully self-contained. Definitely good value. I will absolutely be booking again.
