The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities and a family size fridge/ freezer, the European style laundry runs off the kitchen area, it is fitted out with a front loader washer/ dryer combo.
Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also provides the second TV, there is a versatile bathroom with the bonus of having a full-size bath, shower and separate toilet which makes this unit perfect for children.
The complex is in a great location, just 250 metres to Nelson Bay Beach where you will find the perfect calm swimming spot for children and an easy 500 metre stroll along the foreshore into Nelson Bay. 4 Magnus Gardens is the perfect holiday choice for someone who wants the beach nearby and still be close to all the restaurants, cafes, boutique shopping and DAlbora Marina for all the water sports activities and dolphin watch boats.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

The unit is spacious in very nice surroundings and very convenient to a walk way to the bay. It is also very quiet. The only downside for us was the second bedroom has an awkward bunk bed arrangement. We only required two beds and it wasn’t possible to remove the ladder from the bed structure to make the bottom bed more comfortable. A small inconvenience to an otherwise very comfortable and well kept unit.
Such a fabulous apartment! Comfortable, spacious, handy to the local shops and the water. SMART TV, Wifi, lorikeets. Really appreciated the person who left some laundry detergent. Definitely will return.
A lovely quiet location yet a short walk from the cafes and marina. Well appointed, comfortable. A great place to stay.

This was a great spot to stay in Nelson Bay. Only a short walk to restaurants and cafes and very spacious. I really enjoyed my stay.
