Wests Diggers Club is only a 10-minute walk away, Nelson Head Heritage Lighthouse and Reserve with spectacular views are right at your doorstep and Nelson Bay Golf Club, Bowling Club and the heart of Nelson Bay are within a 5-minute drive from the property.
The unit features an open plan living/ dining area with a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, TV with Chromecast, free unlimited Wi-Fi and an equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, electric cooktop, and Air fryer – please note there is no oven at the property.
There are two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, linen and bed making, the main bedroom also has a Smart TV and access to the patio, the main bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and single vanity.
