This lovely third floor unit features two bedrooms and is fully self contained with open plan living and dining area and unlimited Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, wall oven and microwave. The property also has an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, bath and shower in the bathroom and a separate toilet. The living area opens up onto the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the lovely water views and wildlife that visit the park.
Only a short walk across the park and you will find the popular Little Beach, perfect for swimming with the kids or having a BBQ with the family at the picnic areas and shared BBQs provided, there is also a kids playground just a little bit further up.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.
Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.
Pets are not welcome at this property.
This property does have Wi-fi.
By making a payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under the Guest Info tab on our website or via the link which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email.
This property is to be used as holiday rental only, it is not to be used as a principal place of residence. Please refer to our Terms and conditions also found on the Guest Info tab on our website.
Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

Needs air con gets very stuffy . Needs to be sprayed for cockroaches . Mattress in bunks is very uncomfortable . Needs to be cleaned properly and bathroom very dated .
Accomodation was very tired and in desperate need of updating. Needs a thorough clean. Dead flies on window sills. Scraps of rubbish Under lounge and tv unit. Sliding doors to verandah were super hard to open. Screen door fell off. No air conditioning and the one and only ceiling fan did not work. Handle on curtain fell off. Spiders and webs inside the apartment and on veranda. Location is great tho!
Excellent accommodation, unit was clean and tidy and well appointed. Very good value for money.
Our family paid over $3000 to stay over the Xmas break tv didn’t work after a day house was so dirty and untidy cockroaches everywhere my kids had bites on them from the beds and mattresses where thinner then paper a serious joke for the money we paid would never reccomand staying I had a family of 6 and we all couldn’t even fit at the table to eat a meal and the main lounge was broken truly heartbroken to see we waited all year for a holiday for it to be so disappointing contacted realestate and they didn’t do anything about it def wouldn’t stay again to pay that much money and have been so disheartened how peopl can do this famikys
, I was disappointed that O'Meara would have their name attached to accommodation in such unclean and unkempt condition. There was quite a bit of hair left... in the kitchen, on the stove, in the fridge as well as on the beds, and the toilet floor. This, as you could imagine was a real turn-off. Also, the fly screens onto the verandah were torn and allowed many bugs into the unit...it was too hot not to have them open. All of the windows both inside and out were covered in cobwebs which had collected bugs, flys etc. The bathroom was not clean. I was told that the owner had just been in there... so even more disappointing that he obviously did not care about the state of his own property. I do apologise for having a bit of a whinge, but you need to know. I am not sure how often these properties are checked but i would have thought that you would set a higher standard for your rental properties. I certainly did leave it in a cleaner state than what I found it in. There is NO ceiling fan in the second bedroom as advertised and neither of the 2 garages were able to be used. Extremely disappointing!!
