Being on the top floor in the complex provides beautiful water views through the trees to Little Beach, giving you the opportunity to sit back and enjoy the peace and serenity from the balcony.

Open plan living area with a ceiling fan, SMART TV, and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The living area opens out onto the balcony which provides outdoor dining and a gas BBQ. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and complete electric cooking facilities available. The owners have also set up a study area in the living area making it easier to work whilst on holidays.

Two bedrooms are available with the main having a King bed, ceiling fan- and built-in wardrobe, the second bedroom has a Single bunk and Single bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom provides a bath, shower, and vanity plus the advantage of having a separate toilet which is fantastic for the family. Unit 15 also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer, and parking for two vehicles with a single secure garage parking suitable for a small vehicle and one-off streetcar space available.

The children will love to stroll through the reserve across the road to Little Beach and see the wide variety of bird life that visit. Little Beach has a fantastic children's playground, free BBQ's and picnic tables, child friendly swimming beach and boat ramp, take the kids down in the afternoon and watch the pelicans being fed by the local fisherman, they will love it.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

The property is well appointed with everything we could want for a relaxing holiday. The desk/screen is an added feature which means a working holiday is made easy - dont have to bring your own gear ! Very much appreciated. Very comfortable lounges, cozy beds - all in all a well appointed unit - a credit to the owners.

Great Unit with lovely view of Little Beach

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at unit 15. The unit was well equipped, spacious, clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the added extras,like the books, stationery and games. We enjoyed the views from the balcony and the short stroll to Little Beach.

Having stayed in 1 of a number of units in Mistral Court every year since 2001 our family can attest Unit 15 owners have set this unit up to be modern, comfortable, and well-appointed with a great furniture layout, great bathroom design, and even a desk and monitor for my work from home needs while we were on holidays. Please thank the owners for us. Perfect in every way-Unit 15 is the best we have ever experienced in Mistral Court. We have booked again in 2025 for our annual family holiday.

Very good unit in a great location

The unit was very clean, very comfortable, bright and airy. The lounge room balcony overlooked a reserve with water views in the near distance. The location was excellent with a fifty meter walk to the beach. The only drawback were the forty seven steps to the third floor unit, however, being on the third floor gave better views of the reserve and water. We would definitely stay there again.
