There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and complete electric cooking facilities available. The owners have also set up a study area in the living area making it easier to work whilst on holidays.
Two bedrooms are available with the main having a King bed, ceiling fan- and built-in wardrobe, the second bedroom has a Single bunk and Single bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom provides a bath, shower, and vanity plus the advantage of having a separate toilet which is fantastic for the family. Unit 15 also provides an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine, dryer, and parking for two vehicles with a single secure garage parking suitable for a small vehicle and one-off streetcar space available.
The children will love to stroll through the reserve across the road to Little Beach and see the wide variety of bird life that visit. Little Beach has a fantastic children's playground, free BBQ's and picnic tables, child friendly swimming beach and boat ramp, take the kids down in the afternoon and watch the pelicans being fed by the local fisherman, they will love it.
