(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Mon reve is well located in walking distance from town. Scenic views of the bay. Comfortable accommodation, nice decor. Any issues quickly solved by owner and McGraths team.

This is a great holiday house. It was spotless when we arrived and is overall well maintained. The ducted aircon is a dream, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. I was also pleasantly surprised that there were dishwashing amenities left over from previous tenants. The service from the McGrath team was outstanding.

We stayed here with 3 young children and 2 dogs. The home was welcoming, comfy and well priced. Probably wouldn't take my dogs again as there is no cover for them out the back and you can't keep them indoors. The garage also wasn't viable as its downstairs with no internal access to check on them. That being said we'd stay againf or sure if we get a dog sitter. Location was central and the outlooks were nice. Bright and airy.

Loved our stay at Mon Reve - central to town and Marina (10 min walk) and well equipped for our 4 adults and dog to relax and enjoy. Beautiful sun spot on front verandah with water glimpses and quit street. Beds were comfy. Great lounge / diner / kitchen. Shame the rear courtyard wasn’t ready for visitors - leaves everywhere, overgrown garden and table still dirty and packed up. Would be a great spot though if cleaned up. Recommended

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The house was extremely clean (which is most important to us)and the location perfect. It truly was a home away from home. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need and even though we didn't use it a laundry inside is always a bonus. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Great house. Pently off kitchen items. However if your dog barks you may get a neighbour putting a complaint and then you will have to put the dog in the garage.

This was a great place for our holiday, spacious, tidy, well appointed with all amenities. The beds were comfy with excellent mattresses, the pillows were plump, the bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, the dining room and lounge were comfortable with plenty of seating options (all problems we've faced elsewhere)...we really had nothing to whinge about. A couple of maintenance problems which we reported and can be easily resolved, but every place has them. If there is one negative, it was that I wish the beds were moved periodically and the carpets vacuumed behind them, as the asthmatics in the family did find them to be quite dusty. All up, great value and one of the best stays we've had in a holiday home. We were quite sad to leave!

We have stayed at this house many many times and hope to many many more. There were a few minor issues when we arrived thanks to previous guests not reporting things, but everything was sorted very quickly, cheerfully and efficiently by the agent. Top spot - top marks!
