Entering the apartment via the complex stairs you’ll be positioned in the open-plan living hub on the lower level. The cosy living space is the perfect setting to kick back and watch a film on the Smart TV or get lost in the pages of a good book. It’s the extra’s such as linen and bed making provided, air conditioning and a spacious size living area that invites relaxation and leisure. This indoor space effortlessly drawn outdoors by glass sliding doors to the balcony where you can sit back and enjoy the ambience around you.
The contemporary kitchen is fitted with stone benchtops, dishwasher, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer and double electric cooktop (please note there is no oven). Downstairs also has a powder room with toilet and basin and an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
