Are you looking for a peaceful retreat to get away from the noise and activity of the peak holiday locations of Nelson Bay, then this renovated 3 level duplex is only a few minutes’ walk to the waterfront and Soldiers Point Marina where you will experience a fabulous dining experiences from a selection of restaurants, Rick Stein Bannisters restaurant and Soldiers Point Bowling Club are also only 1.3 kilometres away.

Conveniently located and beautifully furnished and decorated in a practical and elegant feel, Noemi’s Place will tick all the boxes for a great holiday in Soldiers Point with free Wi-Fi and linen and bed making provided.

Noemi’s Place has three bedrooms, three bathrooms spread over three levels. As you enter the property on the ground floor there is a Queen bedroom with ensuite providing a shower, toilet, and vanity and the comforts of a ceiling fan.

Up a few steps will take you to the mid-level with 2 King Single beds that can be pushed together to make a King (these are made with linen as 2 King Single Beds) with separate bathroom facilities with shower, toilet, and vanity. The laundry is also on this level and is fitted with a front loader washing machine/ dryer combo.

Up a few more stairs and you will be in the living/ dining area with timber floorboards, unlimited Wi-Fi, SMART TV, and a split system air conditioner. Opening off from the living area is the fantastic balcony with calming views through the treetops to the water, electric BBQ, and outdoor dining so al fresco dining can also be enjoyed.

Up three stairs and you are in the renovated, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer, electric cooktop, and microwave. The main bedroom is also on this level and has a Queen bed, ceiling fan and main bathroom, the main bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity.

There is a single garage and there is plenty of parking in the driveway for up to three cars or a boat.

Stroll down to Pearson Park for a sunset picnic and even spot a koala or watch the amazing sunsets that Soldiers Point has to offer from your balcony or the park.

This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and once again it did not disappoint. The house is spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, truly feeling like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, with easy beach access just across the road. The thoughtful touch of the cheese platter was greatly appreciated—thank you! We made some wonderful memories here and would happily return again.

Lovely place to stay. The property was located in a perfect position to go for nature walks, beach walks or to get to one of the local coffee shops. Very peaceful, quiet location. The property was well segregated to suit families or separate couples with each bedroom having its own en-suite. Night times were spent relaxing on the large balcony. The house was also thoughtfully equipped with everything required to have a break that felt like a home away from home. Will definitely stay again

Amazing property with modern, quality features. Immaculately clean, with everything you need for a trip away. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is very handy. Beach and cafe was a short walk away. Nice quiet area. We very much appreciated the personal touches of cheese and crackers on arrival. Only downfall was the very steep driveway and steps, which was a challenge, but shouldn't take away from this great property. Probably not suitable for those with mobility issues.
