Unit 12 Ocean Shores commands the perfect waterfront position with uninterrupted 180 degree sensational water views.

Located just 40 metres across a beautiful grassed reserve to the white sands and crystal blue waters of Shoal Bay Beach, once there you can lay back and enjoy the calm serenity around you. A few minutes walk takes you to Little Beach with a fantastic children's playground, free BBQ facilities, picnic tables, restaurant, takeaway fish & chips shop and boat ramp.

Unit 12 is positioned on the top floor providing Wi-Fi via NBN and unbelievable views. The unit has a split system air-conditioner in the lounge room and both bedrooms. The living area comes equipped with LG OLED smart TV, Panasonic Blu-ray player/recorder and NBN Internet.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, but please note there is no dishwasher. The spectacular view through the kitchen window as you complete the dishwashing chore more than compensates! The internal laundry flows from the kitchen and is equipped with a front loader washing machine and dryer. The modern spacious bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet, for added convenience there is also a second separate toilet.

Sleeping accommodation is a main bedroom with queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The main bedroom has also an enclosed balcony with daybed area where you can lie back with a book and enjoy the sunshine streaming in.

One garage car parking spot is available to guests in a shared garage. Limited off-street visitor car spaces are available also. Please note that for security it is recommended that guests leave their valuable items locked in their car when not in use.

Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are both only a quick five minute drive away. You can find boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants at both locations. Or if you are looking for a bistro meal then West Diggers Club is only a ten minute walk away.

For your security photoelectric-type smoke alarms are installed in each bedroom and elsewhere throughout the unit.

This unit comes with NBN internet and offers download speeds of 25 Mbps with unlimited data. Mobile 4G bandwidth can be poor in the Nelson Bay area and download speeds very slow, especially during the peak holiday periods of Christmas and Easter. However having now been upgraded to NBN internet, at this unit you can enjoy live streaming to your heart's content.
Just bring your own subscriptions to Netflix and other like streaming services.

A perfect holiday. Weather was beautiful. Swimming, beach walks, amazing views and only a few metres from the beach. We were able to watch dolphins swimming and playing from our balcony and the beach. Such a wonderfully relaxing holiday. The unit has everything you'd need, so very clean and comfortable. Our second visit, we will definitely be back.

This apartment certainly was perfect for our stay. As we walked in we were greeted by the stunning water views of the harbour entrance and Shoal Bay. The apartment ticked all of our boxes! The kitchen had every implement that one would require, the bathroom was immaculate and we slept very well in the comfortable bed. Everything was spotlessly clean and this without doubt was the best equipped unit we have ever stayed in. Looking forward to another visit. We highly recommend this apartment.

12/27 Weatherly Close is a spotlessly clean, comfortable apartment with uninterrupted views of the water and beautiful Tomaree Head. We were lucky enough to see dolphins from the balcony. Shoal Bay is an easy walk away and Nelson Bay is close by. I highly recommend this property.

We love staying at unit 12/27 Weatherly Close 'Ocean Shores'. The views from the top floor are the best, looking over the bay and through the heads. The unit is so comfortable and always spotlessly clean. We enjoy and always look forward to returning.

A spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet 2-bedroom unit with a magnificent view from the balcony, living area and kitchen. The air conditioners in the living area, and each bedroom were appreciated on the warmer evenings of our stay. The bathroom is modern, and the unit contains a second toilet. The kitchen is very well equipped. We found the location perfect, with direct beach access and a lovely walk to Shoal Bay shops, Tomaree Head, Tomaree Summit, and Zenith Beach. Nelson Bay was close by.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the fantastic views from the balcony. The restaurants, beaches and cycle ways were all enjoyed by us. Unfortunately we will not book for next year due to leap in rental fee (more than doubled).

Hi Yu. Our owners have now installed NBN internet in the unit, and this offers download speeds of 25 Mbps with unlimited data. As you experienced, mobile 4G bandwidth can be poor in the entire Nelson Bay area and download speeds very slow, especially during the peak holiday periods of Christmas and Easter. Installing NBN internet is the only solution, and this project has now been completed. Should you choose to again stay at this unit, you will now find that you can now happily enjoy your YouTube and Netflix subscriptions

Stayed for work for a 12 day period and was very distracting having that view! Nice and clean, 2 toilets, air/con, well equipped kitchen, washer & dryer all made for an easy stay. Walls are a bit thin between apartments.

I really enjoyed staying in unit 12 Ocean Shores. The view of the Port Stephens headlands and Shoal Bay is spectacular and you don’t have any road noise or power lines in front of you. Just a grass strip, some bushes and then the sand and the bay. Most of the time all you can hear is the sound of the waves and the birds. The unit itself is comfortable, clean and spacious.
