A few minutes walk takes you to Little Beach with a fantastic children's playground, free BBQ facilities, picnic tables, restaurant, takeaway fish & chips shop and boat ramp.
Unit 12 is positioned on the top floor providing Wi-Fi via NBN and unbelievable views. The unit has a split system air-conditioner in the lounge room and both bedrooms. The living area comes equipped with Sony smart TV, Panasonic Blu-ray player/recorder and NBN Internet.
There is a fully equipped kitchen, but please note there is no dishwasher. The spectacular view through the kitchen window as you complete the dishwashing chore more than compensates! The internal laundry flows from the kitchen and is equipped with a top loader washing machine and dryer. The modern spacious bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet, for added convenience there is also a second separate toilet.
Sleeping accommodation is a main bedroom with queen-size bed and a second bedroom with two single beds. The main bedroom has also an enclosed balcony with daybed area where you can lie back with a book and enjoy the sunshine streaming in.
Secure parking is available in the form of a single parking space accessed via a shared garage door. Limited off-street visitor car space is also available.
Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay are both only a quick five minute drive away. You can find boutique shopping and fabulous restaurants at both locations. Or if you are looking for a bistro meal then West Diggers Club is only a ten minute walk away.
For your security photoelectric-type smoke alarms are installed in each bedroom and elsewhere throughout the unit.
This unit comes with NBN internet and offers download speeds of 25 Mbps with unlimited data. Mobile 4G bandwidth can be poor in the Nelson Bay area and download speeds very slow, especially during the peak holiday periods of Christmas and Easter. However having now been upgraded to NBN internet, at this unit you can enjoy live streaming to your heart's content.
Just bring your own subscriptions to Netflix and other like streaming services.
