Unit 7 Ocean Shores is a bright second-floor apartment spectacularly positioned on the waterfront. With panoramic water views directly out to the headlands and across to Shoal Bay, only 40 metres of manicured, grassed reserve stands between you and the stunning white sands and deep blue waters of Shoal Bay Beach.

Located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, Unit 7 has an open plan living/dining that opens out onto the front balcony, with 180-degree water views from the entire living area. Watch the sun rise from behind Tomaree Head, then breakfast on the balcony and view the boats go by. You might even spot dolphins frolicking in the bay. At night, let the sound of the waves lull you to sleep.

A few minutes’ walk takes you to sheltered Little Beach which boasts a children's playground with free BBQ facilities, picnic tables and the local pelicans. There is also the renowned Little Beach Boathouse restaurant and Below Deck bar, which is the ideal location to watch the glorious sunsets. Little Beach has a takeaway fish & chip kiosk which is great for a quick meal. From here, a short stroll takes you up to the popular Inner Light Tea Rooms café at the lighthouse: with arguably the most spectacular ocean views of any café in the area.

Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay towns are both only a quick five-minute drive away. You can also take a leisurely stroll directly along the beach to the Shoal Bay shops and eateries. You’ll find boutique shopping and a fabulous choice of restaurants and entertainment at both locations. Or if you are looking for a bistro meal then West Diggers Club is only a ten-minute walk away.

Unit 7 is a 2-bedroom apartment which provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, family size fridge / freezer and an internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room suitable for accommodating an extra adult if needed.

The spacious modern renovated bathroom provides a shower, toilet, and vanity, and for added convenience there is a second separate toilet. The main bedroom has a wall-mounted TV and access to a private balcony.

Secure parking is available in the form of a single parking space accessed via a shared garage door. Limited off-street visitor car space is also available.

The unit was very clean and being on the second floor had amazing views of the ocean. Short walk to little beach and little beach boathouse which had amazing food. 20mins to shoal bay. There are a few stairs to go up so might not be suitable for those with mobility issues. We loved it.

This is my 4th stay and it's a lovely small apartment with everything you need. beds are very comfortable. The only thing missing is a bbq on the balcony.
