The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Lavazza Coffee Machine (espresso pods provided), Miele dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities, family size fridge / freezer, gas BBQ on the balcony so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the views and feel totally relaxed with the homely feel that unit 1 gives you.

The main bedroom has a split system air conditioner, comfortable Queen ensemble, ceiling fan, TV with apple tv included and access to the balcony to allow the beautiful sea breezes to flow through. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is also a 3-way bathroom providing a bath, shower and vanity and separate toilet. The bonus of a private internal laundry with a top loader washing machine and clothes dryer for your convenience. The unit also has two private car spaces, one of which is undercover.

Shoal Bay is one of the most popular holiday destinations along the coast, there are four fantastic beaches such as Shoal Bay Beach, Zenith Beach, Wreck Beach and Box Beach. Shoal Bay Beach has stand up paddle boarding, snorkeling and surfing whilst Zenith and Wreck Beach are popular surfing beaches.

Tomaree Mountain is located at the eastern end of Shoal Bay, this is a very popular tourist hike that takes around 20 minutes to the top where you will see the most amazing views of Port Stephens, you may even see a whale go by or see the local marine life at play. Shoal Bay also provides a variety of boutique shops, a great variety of restaurants, the famous Shoal Bay Country Club and cosy cafes which serve an amazing breakfast.

Great Location, Clean and value

The apartment is a well sized 2 bedroom unit with a ample lounging area, dining area and well appointed kitchen. It is presented in a VERY clean and functional way. There is heating (oil heater and 2 x heater fans) and for warmer months the lounge and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The location is a short walk to the waterfront, close to cafe's, restaurants and convenience stores, and the apartment has a dedicated covered parking space (with plenty of room to be able to load and unload)

Nice apartment with ok views. Short walk to the country club and shops. Enjoyed our stay and walk along the foreshore in the morning and afternoon. Would like to return sooner rather than later.
