Villa 349 is a double storey townhouse that supplies linen & bed making. The downstairs living area has air conditioning and a modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The spacious living areas open onto an enclosed courtyard with direct access to the magnificent resort lagoon pool. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The main bedroom features another split system air conditioner and a balcony with views over the pool and the lush tropical gardens. As soon as you arrive at the resort you will feel as though you are in a lush South Pacific Island. Hurry and visit Pacific Blue now!

This is a great apartment. Everything you need is provided plates, cups pots pans etc. Nice extras ie tomato and bbq sauce, gladwrap salt and pepper. Nice contained back yard for kids or relaxing after a swim. Pool and gardens on property are maintained. Clean apartment and balcony. Close to shops. Restaurant on site is handy.

I just love this place! Clean, nice touches including plants & lighting. Coffee machine too! I have stayed here 2 years in a row & have rebooked for next year. The staff who helped me out with some queries went over and beyond for me (ie I asked what type of coffee machine it had, so Delise went to the property & checked r out for me)!

Such a beautiful stay in the Oakes, felt like we were in a island. Love the huge pool, beautiful pool views and the apartment was clean and tidy. Can't wait to return.

Long time visitors to the oaks. We have stayed via the hotel and also privately. We have been staying in this unit for 2 years now (twice a year) and I will not choose to stay at another. This is our go to uni Dealing with the agent and owner have been fantastic. Easy check in/out, easy booking system.The location next to the pool, apartment amenities, and peaceful garden courtyard is perfect and feels like we are home.It's always nice to have a go-to place where everything just falls into place

I’ve been coming to this resort since it first opened; this is the first time I haven’t booked through the Oaks. This townhouse is great; well stocked with all the conveniences of home; including heaps of pots; pans, utensils & coffee machine. Really comfy bed & lounge. Loved it so much have rebooked.

Great unit for family of 5 clean and secluded. Pool is awesome huge and great to relax. Location is excellent with the shipping centre across the road and close to Nelson and Shial Bay. Apartment is spacious and just what the doctor ordered.
