There is a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful stone benchtops, complete cooking facilities including electric cooktop, oven and microwave, there is also the convenience of a dishwasher and a large family size fridge/ freezer. Downstairs also has the third bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity and the internal laundry is located in the single garage and provides a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs you will find three generous size bedrooms all with split system air conditioners, the main bedroom also has an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity and access to a private balcony – all bedrooms have linen provided and bed making.
