Pebbles By the Beach features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each meant to cater to your rest and relaxation needs. The master suite is a sanctuary on its own, featuring a Queen-size bed, air conditioning, TV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet, and vanity. The second and third bedrooms also ensure a comforting sleep with queen and two single beds both bedrooms with ceiling fans, respectively, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The main bathroom has been renovated and offers a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Unwind in the spacious lounge room with air conditioning and ceiling fans plus a large 65-inch SMART TV with free Foxtel via Telstra TV, free Wi-Fi with access to Netflix and Stan using your own accounts. The kitchen was renovated in 2019 and has been fitted with complete cooking facilities, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, and an Aldi Nespresso coffee machine.

A single lock up garage is available for the car and plenty of driveway parking so you can bring the boat along. To make sure your stay is convenient an internal laundry is available was a top loader washing machine and a dryer in the garage. There is an outdoor undercover entertaining area with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining furniture, such a great place for entertaining on those warm summer afternoons.

Pebbles By the Beach is truly a home away from home, just an easy 10-minute stroll to the pristine waters of Fingal Bay Beach, Barry Park, coastal bush tracks and a great children’s playground. Fingal Bay Sports Club is also only a 5-minute walk away.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We have been staying at this proporty for a long time and we look forward to our yearly holiday at Pebbles by the Beach, our home away from home! Neat and tidy with everything you need, short walk to beach and sports club. Cant fault it!

Great property in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Very clean with Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. It was perfect for us and we will definitely be returning.

A very comfortable stay, great TV and kitchen/living space. One small issue- the locks/keys are not working on the front door and we got locked the main bedroom due to a broken door handle. The coffee machine doesn’t take regular Nespresso pods, only the larger ones. Overall, very happy with the property and would highly recommend it.

Very good accommodation, looks like was recently renovated, new furniture, new tiles. Great cleaning, well done!! The doors are still old so a couple o handlers need a renovation, the one from the front bedroom is the worse one, minor point versus the whole bundle. Would come back, bbq also needs a lift.
