3 Pelican Sands is a luxurious waterfront unit catering for couples or a family that are looking for the best on offer for their holiday experience.

The open plan living area is full of style and sophistication whilst still ensuring that you can truly relax, unwind and be comfortable in the air-conditioned surroundings. The unit is designed to capture the magnificent views of Soldiers Point waterways and take in the peaceful tranquillity of the area.  

The timber themed, fully equipped kitchen features a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and water views, the kitchen looks over the living/ dining areas and balcony.

Walk up 8 steps to the bedrooms and you will see the main bedroom, this room has been designed to showcase the view through an architectural circular window, imagine waking up and looking straight out to the waters edge, how relaxing is that!!  All the bedrooms have stunning furnishings, built in robes and the comfort of ceiling fans.  The main bedroom also provides an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity whilst the main bathroom has a large corner bath with shower overhead, toilet and vanity. 

The unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader Bosch washing machine and dryer and secure parking in the double garage.

Pelican Sands is a small complex of 6 units and provides an in ground swimming pool right on the waterfront, we also manage unit 2 so the extended family can join you on holidays, once you've stayed at Pelican Sands you'll want to come back.

Soldiers Point has calm safe swimming beaches and tranquil bushland on offer, the location of Pelican Sands is fantastic to watch the spectacular sunsets over the water.  If dining out is an option, Soldiers Marina offers a superb dining experience with two restaurants to choose, or Soldiers Point Bowling Club and Rick Stein Bannisters is approx. an eight-minute level walk away.

Pelican Sands complex is mainly owner occupied so residential noise restrictions do apply.

Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Friday, Saturday, or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am

Any other day – 10pm to 8am

Pelican Sands has strict policies for no guest pets, no party groups and is strictly a No Smoking complex.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Unit 3 is absolutely wonderful! So relaxing just sitting either inside or on the balcony just watching the sea...and looking for dophins to which are many to see. A beautiful unit that is tastefully decorated and is in a great location.

We recently had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was very clean, making it feel comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect with a fantastic view, great places to eat and drink in walking distance, a nice balcony and grass area out the front to enjoy the view and relax. Overall, it was a great place to stay—clean, well-located, a nice spot to swim, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. I’d definitely stay again!

Second stay at this property (we stayed with another couple previously). This time we brought along our adult daughter, her husband and their two small children. The unit was perfect - they stayed in the 2 rear bedrooms and we had the master. We were pleased with the separation of rooms and bathrooms, and found that we hardly heard any noise between rooms, and that the downstairs TV was also not heard in the bedrooms. This is a great area too - v.quiet and relatively secluded.

No heating therefore very cold in winter also no blankets or throws in living area to stay warm. NO instructions as to how to operate the oven. Finally worked out the cooktop but the Oven defeated us. Helpful to provide instruction booklets. Toilet paper in the Ensuite totally inadequate for a 4 day stay. Not a full roll as promised in the ad more like a quarter if that.

Property presented especially well on website but failed to deliver on occupation. Parts of the property showed signs of age and we encountered cockroaches in the living areas of the property, Cleaning was substandard with dust and dirt evident in corners and furniture. Despite the ongoing reminders to vacate the property in a clean manner dirty plates from a previous tenant were encountered in the dishwasher, these were washed to avoid additional charges.

We enjoyed the accommodation, very comfortable. There is not much cooking equipment in the kitchen, no baking trays or equipment for the oven. The fan in the third bedroom did not work, which made the room difficult to cool down. Great location, but a very steep driveway in and out each day.

+ :Great views, absolute waterfront. Furniture and fittings felt new. Spacious, very quiet, lots of nature to look at. - :no bbq on balcony, morning sun would be very strong in summer
