3 Pelican Sands is a luxurious waterfront unit catering for couples or a family that are looking for the best on offer for their holiday experience.

The open plan living area is full of style and sophistication whilst still ensuring that you can truly relax, unwind and be comfortable in the air-conditioned surroundings. The unit is designed to capture the magnificent views of Soldiers Point waterways and take in the peaceful tranquillity of the area.  

The timber themed, fully equipped kitchen features a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, family size fridge/ freezer and water views, the kitchen looks over the living/ dining areas and balcony.

Walk up 8 steps to the bedrooms and you will see the main bedroom, this room has been designed to showcase the view through an architectural circular window, imagine waking up and looking straight out to the waters edge, how relaxing is that!!  All the bedrooms have stunning furnishings, built in robes and the comfort of ceiling fans.  The main bedroom also provides an ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity whilst the main bathroom has a large corner bath with shower overhead, toilet and vanity. 

The unit provides an internal laundry with a front loader Bosch washing machine and dryer and secure parking in the double garage.

Pelican Sands is a small complex of 6 units and provides an in ground swimming pool right on the waterfront, we also manage unit 2 so the extended family can join you on holidays, once you've stayed at Pelican Sands you'll want to come back.

Soldiers Point has calm safe swimming beaches and tranquil bushland on offer, the location of Pelican Sands is fantastic to watch the spectacular sunsets over the water.  If dining out is an option, Soldiers Marina offers a superb dining experience with two restaurants to choose, or Soldiers Point Bowling Club and Rick Stein Bannisters is approx. an eight-minute level walk away.

Pelican Sands complex is mainly owner occupied so residential noise restrictions do apply.

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have extra visitors (this includes day visitors) in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission if the property permits this.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

We enjoyed the accommodation, very comfortable. There is not much cooking equipment in the kitchen, no baking trays or equipment for the oven. The fan in the third bedroom did not work, which made the room difficult to cool down. Great location, but a very steep driveway in and out each day.

Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and quiet stay in a beautiful location. The local pub and restaurant at Rick Stein’s makes this a great holiday destination and the bowlo is pretty good too
