3 Peninsula Waters is a beautifully furnished, air-conditioned holiday unit with a Lift, Pool, WIFI and Google Chromecast.

Planned Maintenance: The complex will undergo exterior painting which will begin on the 23rd July and is expected to take 6-8 weeks

Spacious, open plan, air-conditioned living area with TV, DVD player, Games, Books and loads more. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, full cooking facilities and family size fridge/ freezer.

A huge terrace with outdoor dining and gas BBQ cooking facilities flow off from the living area.   Unit 3 is the only unit that has private access to the complex pool, so no need for the children to be going up and down in the lift or hallways and you have the pleasure of being able to sit back on your own balcony and watch the children playing in the pool.

Three generous sized bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main having a split system air conditioner, TV, DVD player and ensuite with a spa bath, shower, toilet and vanity.  The main bathroom provides a shower, vanity and separate toilet.  The internal laundry has a front loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The complex provides a tandem secure undercover parking with fob swipe access, intercom and the benefit of a lift.  

Peninsula Waters is in a great location with a cafe and shops located underneath the complex, Soldiers Point Tennis Courts across the road and Soldiers and park across the road and Soldiers Point Marina and foreshore only a quick two minutes walk.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

The spa bath is not to be used after 9:30pm.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Peninsula Waters is in a fantastic spot and in a quiet location. Entry is easy with a lift to each floor. Three bedrooms were just ideal for our stay. The apartment was very well equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is plenty of seating both inside and out. Pool access from the apartment was a plus. Outside the apartment, you have waterfront on either side and tennis courts and park across the road. Just a few steps away, you can find eateries varying in price ranges.

would highly recommend peninsula waters accomodation as it had everything u would need on a holiday. We had our own access to the pool stairs and a large veranda with bbq and very comfortable outdoor seating. The unit was huge and so comfortable. All of the tvs had cromcast and there own door to the veranda. Only thing I would change is the master bed mattress as it’s way to hard to sleep on. I am looking forward to going back for another break

We had a fantastic break and the Accommodation was just perfect for our short stay. Clean, spacious, Air conditioning and Secure Parking makes this apartment comfortable and makes you feel like home. There were plenty of amenities and fully equipped kitchen. The only downside is that the Pool was not clean enough to be used and the Unit outdoor area was quite messy especially around the BBQ Area.
