This delightful unit is a 40m stroll to the white sands and clear aqua waters of the beach directly in front of you. Strategically located between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, with BBQ areas, playgrounds, walking trails, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Relax - Wake up to the sounds of the rolling waves hitting the white sands of Shoal Bay Beach.

Located on the third floor with sensational views looking directly out the headlands, this light filled unit has a new fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, open plan dining/lounge with split system air conditioner, Smart TV, HDMI cable, free Unlimited WIFI and 2 balconies to catch the sea breezes. The two comfortable bedrooms have ceiling fans, one with views and direct balcony access.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Conveniently, there is a separate toilet and an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. A single lockup garage plus 1 open single car space for a trailer or boat completes this unit. Make unforgettable memories at 12 “Promenade”!

This unit has a NO BBQ Policy in place. Free public BBQ's are available in nearby picnic areas.

Great views of Port Stephens

McGrath, the property managers were easy to find in Nelson Bay, and collect the keys from, we decided to extend our stay, and were given quick and friendly service. This unit was on level 3 of the building, and what we could see online was an accurate description of the property. We are in the retired group and with some effort managed the stairs, we met friendly residents of the building, we struck cyclonic weather and were stuck indoors, we suggest a recliner lounge and a larger TV.

The unit is in a great location close to the beach. It was clean and tidy. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking equipment. The wifi works quite well. The only negative was the main bed - the mattress is very uncomfortable as it sags in the middle.

This was our third, but not our last stay. We come back to this property as it is always well maintained and equipped, quiet and comfortable. The new air conditioner was a nice surprise (but not needed)! We love the proximity of bushwalks, birdlife, cafes and restaurants. Until next time...... Thank you.

Super location, super view, super clean. This unit has it all - well maintained, walkable to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay, with a takeaway/coffee shop around the corner. Bliss! It was very well equipped for a week's stay. The beds were super comfy - must be new mattresses. Our young boys enjoyed, Little Beach, many playgrounds and other activities the peninsula offers. The owner's care and attention to detail was appreciated. McGrath were super easy to deal with. We will definitely be back.

Great ocean views to wake up to. Clean, airy, nicely furnished and easy to stay in apartment. Loved sitting out on the verandah with the view. Beach right there. Fabulous.Although no A/C, the ceiling fans, with 2 verandah doors opened created a crossflow of air. With a suitcase, walking up 4 flights of stairs a little hard going. But the one thing that was frustrating was all the keys for doors and windows and you could only open the windows a tiny amount which felt a little confining.

Great accommodation if you don’t mind a few stairs for some exercise. This place is clean and comfortable with a lovely view to the ocean. All basic needs were provided except for towels and sheets. Comfortable bed and good shower. Location is close to good eateries and beaches. Wifi connectivity wasn’t always good but still recommended.
