The unit provides a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, and a large fridge/ freezer plus access to a shared external laundry with a coin operated washing machine and dryer. The unit comes with one undercover car space and only 15 stairs down to your unit door, so you can park the car and walk to the water’s edge or shops as you are just 200 metres from Nelson Bay Beach which is perfect for young children with calm water, picnics, and BBQs.

Follow the foreshore for just another 500 metres and you are in the heart of town and the marina where you have a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes, and shops.
