Fantastic one-bedroom unit located on the second floor with panoramic views across the Bay and down to the Marina.

Unit 5 Quarterdeck is ideal for a couple wanting a romantic getaway or a small family looking to be centrally located close to town with the bonus of having spectacular water views.

There is an open plan living/ dining area offers a TV, DVD Blu-ray and surround sound stereo system. The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge/ freezer.

The bedroom is large enough to fit a port-a-cot and it also has a ceiling fan and the second TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and there is an external shared laundry with washing machine and dryer (both coin operated).

The convenience of having a single undercover car space literally at your doorstep, so you can park the car and walk to the waters edge or shops as you are just 200 metres from Nelson Bay Beach which is perfect for young children with calm water, picnics and BBQs. Follow the foreshore for just another 500 metres and you are in the heart of town and the marina where you have a variety of restaurants, bars, clubs, cafes and shops.

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay, prices start from $28 for a King/Queen/ Double pack and $24 for a Single pack.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

The view was a major draw and it didn't disappoint. Being in the middle of winter, it was very cosy inside with a dyson heater and still able to look out at the view. A really nice spacious 1 bedroom unit. Lounge was very comfortable and kitchen had everything you need, bonus was the dishwasher. Very clean and tidy on arrival only thing oven and grill could have been cleaner, but agent would have sent cleaner if I'd requested it. Bedroom very spacious even with some items stored there.

Spent 5 nights in Quarterdeck and it was fabulous. Location is great with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short distance to shops, marina. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures suggest. Clean, very comfy bed, lovely breeze with windows open. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need if you want to cook. Big fridge is a plus if wanting to get some groceries for a few days. And of course there is the view of the beach and marina - simply Awesome. Will be back!

What a fantastic place to stay. Amazing views, great facilities in this lovely clean unit. Short stroll to the marina and restaurants/shops. Short drive to a larger shopping centre (10 minutes) Love that there is a laundry to use and even pegs provided (I forgot mine, LOL) Loved the little 'starter' pack provided by O'Meara. Just two tiny things that could be addressed....needs a new squeegy for cleaning the shower door and the fly screen door needs fixing so it closes automatically.
