There is a fully equipped kitchen that provides an island bench to give you more space, dishwasher, stainless steel range hood, everything you could think of the owners have put into this kitchen.
Opening off from the kitchen is the spacious balcony, perfect for your outdoor entertaining needs with bamboo shade screens, outdoor dining all overlooking the landscaped and fully fenced rear yard that is child & pet safe. There is also a gas bbq for guests to use.
The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with a queen size bed and tv, the second bedroom has access to the rear balcony and yard and the third bedroom has two king single beds, floor fans and blankets are stored in the wardrobes for your extra comfort.
The main bathroom has a shower over the bath, vanity and toilet and there is also another separate toilet and walk-in shower located in the internal laundry, the laundry also offers a front loader washing machine and dryer.
There is also a single lock-up garage for the fishing rods or surfboards (no car use) and a long driveway that is suitable for a car and trailer boat.
