The unit has great views looking over Nelson Bay Marina and waterways, you can sit back, relax and watch the boats go by or sit inside in the comfort of air conditioning.

The complex is framed by the lovely Laidler Reserve where you have the walkway leading down to the cruise checkout centre and Marina, the reserve also provides you the bonus of additional parking.

Nicely furnished and fully self-contained, the kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, the bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet, washing machine and there is also and separate toilet, so park your car in the double lock up garage and enjoy your well earned break!

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

I've stayed at Sailfish on two separate occasions now and recommend it. Great location for a stroll into Nelson Bay town, the marina and golf club. Its not modern but has everything you need for a holiday pad.

The unit itself is good value, not super flash, but comfortable and has all the amenities you need. Location is brilliant - short walk to Town Centre and has gorgeous panoramic coastal/parkland views from wrap around windows and balcony. Great base for a family holiday.

Very happy with the unit in whole.The views were great and in walking distance to everything. Needs some fans in the bedrooms. The dishwasher didn’t clean properly. I would definitely stay again

A really great unit to spend a few weeks relaxing and watch the comings and going’s of the Nelson Bay marina and surrounds. Close to all activities but quiet and comfortable for 2 to 4 guests. Recommended.
