The Sandy Beach House boasts three beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a blend of comfort and style. The master bedroom complete with a Queen size bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan opens into an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet and vanity, while the other two bedrooms both offer ceiling fans and air conditioning. The main bathroom has a full-sized bath tab, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Outfitted with modern amenities like Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning, a big screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, this property ensures a seamless and comfortable stay. To provide as much convenience as possible the duplex also has an internal laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. Parking for 1 car is available under the sunshade.

Loved our stay, perfect for family of 6. We got the linen package which would have been perfect if the beds were made! We only had one issue with the ensuite as it has no door. Everything else was great.

Sandy Beach House is great for a relaxing family holiday. It is set right on the beach front at Corlette with direct access across a few metres of grass to the water. The ground floor unit is tastefully furnished and air conditioned. The kitchen is well stocked. A highlight for our family, were the regular visits from a couple of local koalas that appeared four times during our 2 week stay. We would highly recommend Sandy Beach House and we will definitely return next year.

The ground floor unit is tastefully furnished and air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with a good supply of cooking utensils, crockery and glassware. A highlight for our family, were the regular visits from a couple of local koalas that appeared four times during our 2 week stay. We would highly recommend Sandy Beach House and we will definitely return next year.

You literally step out of the door and are on the sandy shores of Corlette where we fishes, yabbied, hunted for the thousands of Soilder Carbs, caught squid at night and swam in calm water at high tide. It was the ideal5 day getawaw!!!

Our stay at Sandy Beach house was amazing. The convenience of staying on the waterfront with small children is fantastic, the grassed area out the front is perfect for picnics, and the sandy beach is great for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, and building sandcastles. The house is stylishly furnished, well equipped and lovely and clean! Great to have WIFI, Foxtel and Aircon was really appreciated, watching the gorgeous sunsets was the best part of our stay!! We'll definitely be back !!

The grassed area out the front is perfect for picnics, and the sandy beach is just metres away for swimming, snorkelling, fishing, and building sandcastles. The house is furnished stylishly, well equipped, and lovely and clean! The wifi, foxtel, and aircon throughout was most appreciated, however, for us the view and ability to sit and admire the gorgeous sunsets was the best part of our stay!! We will definitely be back!

Right on the water, beautiful property and location We had a really lovely Easter at this lovely waterfront property at Corlette in Port Stephens. It is truly on the waterfront, fantastic beach and safe swimming at your door and the best sunsets across the water. What a great location! One of the best beachfront houses we've stayed in so far in Port Stephens. Even better than it looked in the photos. Having the beach practically in your backyard was an incredible experience. Just walk 10 metres from the front door and you are in the water. Our family enjoyed every minute, watching the children swim from the shade of the trees to enjoying cocktails on the lawn while enjoying the incredible view. We sat outside one evening and watched a magnificent sunset. The property was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, and had everything you need plus more. The kitchen was so well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for families. It just felt like home, only better. Kids loved it and so did the adults. We will definitely book again.
