Stunning Three bedroom duplex located half way between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay with WIFI, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living area, Boat Parking and Dog Friendly.

The two storey duplex features three air conditioned bedrooms all located on the ground floor with an upstairs air-conditioned open plan living room/ dining and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and complete cooking facilities. In the lounge room you can enjoy the use of the Smart TV to wind down and relax after a day out at the beach or shopping.

The living area opens out onto the spacious balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and a gas BBQ. There is a high chair for use at the property.

The master bedroom boasts a generous en-suite and walk in robe with a television present to be able to wind down and relax in your own area, whilst the second bedroom has a queen bed and third bedroom contains 2 single beds, both with built in wardrobes. The main bathroom contains a bath (please note spa is not in working order), shower and separate toilet. There is an internal laundry with a washing machine and clothes dryer and parking for one vehicle in the garage, with plenty of off street parking or enough room for a boat.

Entry of the property is via the top floor where you can conduct all your entertaining and all bedrooms are located downstairs. There is a powder room upstairs to make access easier for all guests.

Downstairs enjoy the gaming area set up with a table tennis area, PS2, TV and DVD player. Perfect for all ages! There is a fenced backyard for all to enjoy including your pet.

Sea Breeze is located just moments from fantastic walking, hiking and cycling paths in the beautiful Tomaree National Park.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Air conditioning desperately needed for down stairs bedrooms extremely hot in the summer . Pedestal fans don’t cut it . Everything else was great .

Hi Ray, Thank you for taking the time to review the property. The street has a slight incline and depending on which way you choose to walk in to Nelson Bay depends on the type of walk, the walk to Shoal Bay is really quite flat. It is a 24 minute walk from the property to Nelson Bay town centre, but again that depends on what track you decide to walk. Netflix is on the TV but the owner does not pay and supply netflix, each guests is required to use their own netflix account. We will look into what cooling options we can provide for the downstairs area. Thank You, Team McGrath

We highly recommend this house. Location is good if you have a car. The place is spacious. Has a great tv upstairs with complimentary Netflix access. The lounge is big and comfortable but could do with a cover it’s starting to show it’s age as is the carpet. Downstairs where the bedrooms are is cold in winter so consider requesting heater(s). We would stay here again
