Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise outside the property is prohibited between 10:00pm and 8:00am.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

Good stay for 5 days. The kitchen is the best part of the unit it has everything you might need (minus linens), even cutlery for my toddler. The refrigerator wasn’t working as well as it could and it kept alarming at us but the owner knew about it and tried to have it fixed before our stay but a part needed to be ordered. When I told the property manager about it they did have someone come out the same day but he couldn’t fix it because it took longer than he had time for as we had to leave for a reservation. I expect it should be fixed by the time anyone else stays there. The bed in the master bedroom is super hard. Which is great for back sleepers, but just something to be aware of. The bathrooms and bedrooms are outdated but everything works and is clean minus some mould in the ensuite shower so it wasn’t an issue. The pool isn’t heated but that didn’t bother my toddler he loved splashing around in there anyway. Good location within walking distance to the marina and town centre. Overall a really nice stay.

The unit was very clean well equipped and in a good location .Was amazed that there were no recycle bins in this establishment ,very poor .

My family stayed at the unit for 5 nights and loved it!! Great location, really nice building, quiet, good sized unit. Fitted with everything needed. I really, really enjoyed our stay there. Absolutely fantastic price. Definitely will be trying to book this unit again. Thanks!!
