We had a nice stay @ 4 Sebastapol, great position & water views, quiet, close to the beach & within walking distance to town. The unit is in need of some minor repairs & updating but is very clean, well appointed & comfortable for 2 - 4 guest stay, rate is also reasonable & value for money. The staff @ O'Meara's or now Mc Grath are always friendly, helpful & will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. We hope to return for a stay in the near future....... Many Thanks

The only good thing was the location/view. Not good value for money. Could not park on driveway - angle too steep for anything other than SUV unless you want to scrape underside of car. Musty smell, single bed mattresses like jelly, kitchen utensils felt sticky, step up into bathroom and toilet - no sign Two flights of stairs to entry No lights at front making if difficult and unpleasant art night negotiating stairs and spiderwebs No toilet paper - not one sheet on arrival !

A great unit well equipped and location to all amenities that Nelson Bay central has to offer is excellent, leave the car at home. We will come back.ps: the flyscreen door was my only complaint, it did not function properly.

We love this small block of units. The location is outstanding and no4 is very comfortable. The only issue we found is that a new fridge may be in order down the track. The queen bed was more comfortable then most 4 star hotels and the bathroom clean and practical. The bush track near the beach is a great way to walk to the town. Can't wait to go back
