Amid its open plan, air-conditioned living area and two bedrooms that can house up to four guests, the complex also provides a shared inground pool and lift from the parking to your door.

The bedrooms are comfortably laid out, offering space for all guests. The main bedroom has a Queen bed and boasts access to the balcony to allow the natural south easterly breeze to flow through and the second bedroom is an open plan design and provides two single beds.  This unit's bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity and the unit flaunts an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and clothes dryer.

The air conditioned, dining/ living area is the heart of the unit, the living area opens out onto the enclosed large balcony which provides outdoor alfresco dining and lounge facilities, the perfect setting for sipping a morning coffee or relaxing afternoon siesta. With a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, stove, and oven, guests have everything they need to prepare and relish their favourite culinary creations.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Property itself has been nicely dressed with modern furniture of reasonable quality. Definately not a 2 bedroom apartment as there is no privacy to the 2 single beds located in the passage. The toilet still has a problem as mentioned several months ago and it clunks when the cystern fills with water. The pool area has absolutley no furniture or undercover area to rest under. It's just a pool. Location isn't too bad as it's half way between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay. The lift is a great idea even though it has only 3 levels but is very user friendly for older people as you don't have to carry everything up the stairs. Someone is always parked in the disabled car spot so don't expect to be able to use this if you have a disability but the rest of the car park area is user friendly to be able to access the property and the lift. Loved staying in this apartment due to the newness and cleanliness of the property. Yes we would recommend this as a place to stay at a fair price.

Amazing Place and Vacation Spot

Beautiful location with a 5 minute walk to the stunning Shoal Bay beach. When we vacationed we barely used our car, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable inside, beds are great. Big beautiful balcony for having dinner and drinks with friends. We really had a fantastic time when we vacationed here would definitely recommend to others, we will definitely be coming back.

Tucked away from the hustle and bustle and only a 5 minute walk to the beach, nice clean property, highly recommend.
